DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Postage costs £3.50 and your order will be delivered to your UK address within 3-5 working days. We do not charge postage on orders of £85 or more. Once we have dispatched your item, you will be notified by email. For international deliveries or special delivery requests, please get in touch. Fashion Praxis garments are made to order and so delivery will be 10 working days after your order is placed. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your order has been placed you have the right to cancel the order up to the point of dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order, please email the team and they can let you know whether you are able to cancel, or whether your item has been already been dispatched. Please provide full details of your order. If your cancellation is successful any payments taken will be refunded to you within 14 days. Any donations made to our charity partners are non-refundable.

RETURNS

If you change your mind about your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days from the date the order was placed and we will refund you the cost of the item. The returned item must be unworn, unwashed and in re-saleable condition, with original tags and packaging intact. Your refund will be made within 14 days of processing your returned item. Postage is non-refundable. Any donations made to our charity partners are non-refundable. NB: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we deem the item/s to be returned in an unacceptable condition such as used or damaged. To return an item:

Please email the team within 14 days of placing the order. We will generate a free returns label and email it to you for printing and attaching to your package. Complete the slip included in your parcel, carefully re-wrap your item in its original packaging and then return the item with the postage label attached to the outside of the package. Take to your local Post Office within 24 hours of receiving the postage label. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage. NB. Give Wear Love Ltd cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in the post.


We do not offer returns and refunds on gift cards, earrings, underwear or Made to Measure products.
