Postage costs £3.50 and your order will be delivered to your UK address within 3-5 working days. We do not charge postage on orders of £85 or more. Once we have dispatched your item, you will be notified by email. For international deliveries or special delivery requests, please get in touch.
Once your order has been placed you have the right to cancel the order up to the point of dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order, please email the team and they can let you know whether you are able to cancel, or whether your item has been already been dispatched. Please provide full details of your order. If your cancellation is successful any payments taken will be refunded to you within 14 days. Any donations made to our charity partners are non-refundable.
If you change your mind about your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you the cost of the item. The returned item must be unworn, unwashed and in re-saleable condition, with original tags intact. Your refund will be made within 14 days of processing your returned item. Postage is non-refundable. Any donations made to our charity partners are non-refundable. NB: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we deem the item/s to be returned in an unacceptable condition such as used or damaged.
To return an item:
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will generate a free returns label and email it to you for printing and attaching to your package. Complete the slip included in your parcel, carefully re-wrap your item in its original packaging and then return the item to the below address:

Please ensure you get proof of postage when returning your item. NB. Give Wear Love Ltd cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in the post.
